Rides on Paco’s horses combine the adventure of riding on the Mistico Park’s trails and being in direct contact with the richness of the tropical forest. During this adventure, you’ll feel that life is moving slowly as you take your time to marvel at nature’s beauty, sounds, and colors, and experience the energy in the air. You will stand in awe of the density of the forest and the access to the pastures located in the park’s highest hills, from which you will enjoy an incredible view of Arenal Volcano and its lake.

• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people to run. Please contact us to inquire about tour availability if your travel group is comprised of less than the tour operator’s required minimum number of participants.
• The use of long pants and fully closed shoes, such as tennis shoes, is required. The use of sandals or others open shoes, such as Keen footwear with slits, is not allowed.

Minimum/maximum age/weight/height/other requirements

• Children must be at least 5 years old to participate in this tour.
• Children must be at least 8 years old to ride their own horse; children ages 5-7 must share a horse with a guide.
• The maximum weight to participate in this tour is 270 lbs.

What to bring for tour participation
