Tip: Our forum calls questions “topics”. When you “create a new topic” (i.e., when you submit a question), the “topic title” should be a short summary of your question. You can explain your full question in the box below the “topic title”. For example, the “topic title” could be “Rafting tour discounts” if your full question is, “I’m interested in rafting the Pacuare River while I’m in Costa Rica–do you have any discounts for that experience?” Be sure to check the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” box (just above the “Submit” button) if you wish to receive an email when we post our response (the email may end up in your junk mail folder depending on your email system settings).
