At nighttime in the Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park visitors have the opportunity to experience the wonderful tropical rainforest. This tour takes place in our trails and includes crossing several hanging bridges.
A variety of animals may be spotted, such as frogs, snakes, lizards, mammals (like kinkajous, coatis, and margays), nocturnal animals (like owls), and a wide variety of nocturnal insects that inhabit the reserve.
Additional details
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 people to run. Please contact us to inquire about tour availability if your travel group is comprised of less than the tour operator’s required minimum number of participants.
- The use of long pants and fully closed shoes, such as tennis shoes, is required. The use of sandals or others open shoes, such as Keen footwear with slits, is not allowed.
- Main features of the trails: no steps, security guardrails, surface in non-slip material.
- The tour guide will indicate you when you can take a picture of wildlife.
Minimum/maximum age/weight/height/other requirements
- Children must be at least 10 years of age to participate in this tour.
What to bring for tour participation
