SKY ADVENTURES’S RESERVATION POLICIES

Payment policies

You will be able to cancel your reservation and get a 100% refund (if a prepayment was provided) if the cancelation is made at least 48 hours before the tour date (for groups of 1-11 people) or at least 7 days before the tour date (for groups of 12 or more people). No refund is provided for cancelations made within 48 hours of the tour date (for groups of 1-11 people) or within 7 days of the tour date (for groups of 12 or more people).

Other policies

On our tours that involve any kind of riding (i.e., zip-lining, rafting, rappelling, biking, etc.), you are not allowed to carry any loose objects such as unstrapped bags, cellphones, camera poles/sticks, or objects that will not leave your hands free while performing such activities. However, you can carry a small backpack with such objects you consider necessary.
