PURE TREK’S RESERVATION POLICIES
Payment policies
Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the tour date or they will not be refunded.
Reservations confirmed for peak season periods are nonrefundable.
Prices are based on the current tariff. Exchange rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Other policies
Combination tours that include canyoning and other activities, such as white-water rafting, are operated in conjunction with other tour operators. Although Pure Trek is the company to create and accept payment for combo tour bookings (they’re also the canyoning tour operator), additional tour operators (Wave Expeditions, for example), operate the second activity that, together with the canyoning tour, forms the combo tour experience. Additional reservation payment, change, and/or cancelation policies enforced by those additional tour operators may also apply.
