For Pura Vida! eh? discounts to be valid, an order for the discounts must be submitted via our website and accepted by our team. In addition, travelers must follow the steps/requirements outlined on our How Pura Vida! eh? Works page.

Please note:

a) Pura Vida! eh? discounts cannot be applied to preexisting reservations already placed through tour operators or different companies.

b) Pura Vida! eh? discounts cannot be applied to tours for which communication regarding the tours has already taken place between the traveler and the tour operator. 

c) Pura Vida! eh? discounts are only valid for the specific day and time requested with the order.

d) Pura Vida! eh? discounts can only be used by the individual whose name appears on the order.

e) Pura Vida! eh? discount amounts are cited in USD; however, at the tour operator’s discretion, tour operators may collect payment in the local currency (Costa Rican colones). For information about tax, please see our Tour Pricing and Tax Information page.

f) Pura Vida! eh? discounts can be canceled at any time but may be subject to a cancelation penalty, depending on the tour operator’s cancelation policy.
