My name is Deandra and I’ve contacted you from deandra.atmojo@gmail.com. I’ve ordered a tour from your website. I’ve made the payment based on your instructions and have emailed proof of payment. The order number is 109126. I got the email to pay on April 14th and sent my proof of payment on April 15th. I’ve also followed up on April 18th, but have not gotten a reply. It says on the first email about the payment, I will get a “discount voucher for the tour (a.k.a., your confirmation)”, but haven’t heard anything back. It’s been a while. I want to make sure my tour is booked and confirmed. Can you please give me a confirmation? Thank you.
