        Hi!

        I joined at discount level 3 on Saturday, 3/25. I see the PayPal $19.99 charge has gone through to my credit card, but I have still not received the email to set up a login. And yes, I searched back through my spam folder and my trash folder.

        Please advise?

          Hey Emily!

          Thanks so much for letting us know! I can confirm that we received your PayPal payment without issue. The account registration email is sent out automatically following PayPal payment, so you should have received it within 10 minutes or so after you paid, but it’s possible the email got lost in cyberspace. I did notice that the email address that the registration email was sent to is different than the gmail address you contacted us from (an address that ends in “brb.com”), so it’s possible the registration email went to an old email account of yours that’s still associated with your PayPal account but no longer monitored. In any case, not to worry, I just sent you a separate email (to the gmail email address) with a link to the registration page where you can register your Pura Vida! eh? member account. If, for some reason, that email didn’t reach you, feel free to report back here and I’ll try getting it to you a different way. 🙂
