PLANET DOLPHIN’S RESERVATION POLICIES

Payment policies

Planet Dolphin requires a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice to accept reservation changes/cancelations without penalty. If you opt to cancel your reservation within 2 weeks of the tour date, full payment for the tour will still be required. If a prepayment was not provided to the tour operator, it can be collected at your accommodation in Manuel Antonio. In the case where a prepayment is provided, there are no refunds for cancelations made within 2 weeks of the tour date (or no shows).

Other policies

For safety reasons we do not allow excessive consumption of liquor in our tours.

All of our boats have licenses, safety inspection certificates and insurance. Our captains and guides are seaworthy professionals and tourism industry veterans who always put the safety and well being of our customers first.

The winds for sailing, clarity of the water & sight seeing of wild life ONLY depend on Mother Nature.

Carbonated sodas are not included in any of our trips due to the tons of recyclable trash we have had to process.
