  What pass should I purchase for 12 person, 1 tour? Can I buy Discount Level 10 then place two orders to 6 persons each for the same tours?

  You’re correct, to access 1 tour discount for a total of 12 people, you’d need a Level 10 membership. When you go to place your order for the discount, to confirm, there’s no need to split the order into two groups of 6 people. You can place the order for 1 tour for all 12 people.
