Good morning,
I am trying to purchase tickets for the lost canyon tour and cant seem to log in. I changed and updated my password, but when i try to log in it is saying user not found. Thank you

Quick question: Are you currently a Pura Vida! eh? member, in addition to being a DIY Costa Rica member? To confirm, DIY Costa Rica is a sister project of ours, and it’s easy to confuse that project with Pura Vida! eh?. To confirm, the two projects, their respective websites, and the accounts required to access each are different:
-a DIY Costa Rica account provides access to all of the protected content on our DIY Costa Rica website (https://www.diycostarica.com), including our Costa Rica Destination Tool.
-a Pura Vida! eh? account provides access to the checkout page on our Pura Vida! eh? website (https://puravidaeh.ca) where you can submit an order for discounts.If you’re not able to log in to Pura Vida! eh? (i.e., if you aren’t able to access the checkout page), especially if you’re trying to enter credentials (i.e., the username and password) that are associated with a DIY Costa Rica account, the problem is likely that you’re not yet a Pura Vida! eh? member. (Note that you may still be a DIY Costa Rica member; you can be a member of Pura Vida! eh? only, DIY Costa Rica only, or both.) If this is the case, you can quickly become a Pura Vida! eh? member here. (Please keep an eye on your junk mail folder and trash bin following payment through PayPal because the account registration email may end up there.) Once you’ve registered your Pura Vida! eh? account, you’ll be able to log in, access the checkout page, and submit an order for discounts.

Thank you Nikki for responding. Yes, I am a DIY member but not for the other. Will look further into tonight. Question though. For the lost canyon tour only my son and I will be doing, but for the hotsprings there will be three of us. Not sure how to put in the order? We will be doing the lost canyon first, so put in for one tour for two, then add another tour in for 3?

Hi Nikki,
Me again. Sorry for any confusion on my part. I did become a member of the site where i can book trips at a discounted rate. I have booked several tours but I believe that I will owe money to you, i am just not sure how much. If you could reach out and let me know what level I should upgrade to it would be appreciated. Also, for two of the tours it is just my son and I, but for one tour, we have included my husband 🙂 Thank you
