Hi there!
I couldn’t find this answer in the archives, so I thought I would ask separately (apologies if this was already discussed).
I was curious if there are “set times” for collecting guests going to the EcoTermales Hot Springs each day? I’m staying at the Arenal Springs Resort & Spa.
Also, I see passes indicating a time of 10am or 5pm, but wasn’t sure if you could turn up at 11-12pm instead)?

I’m happy to answer your question for you! 🙂
For the EcoTermales Hot Springs pass, this pass is sold for one of two blocks of time each day, and the blocks start at 10:00am and 5:00pm. You don’t need to arrive at those exact times, though, so you can certainly turn up at 11-12pm if you like. It’s worth noting that if you arrive late, that will cut into the amount of time you’ll have to enjoy the hot springs because you only have until the end of the block to be there. But if that doesn’t matter to you, and you only want to enjoy the hot springs for a short period of time, then you can go when you wish!
I should just mention that the transportation that’s included with the hot springs pass is subject to availability, so if you request a pick-up time at a custom time, such as 11:00am, and a vehicle/driver isn’t available at that time, you may need to select a different pick-up time. Unless you plan to visit at a very busy time of the year, though, vehicle/driver availability usually isn’t a problem.
