To confirm, the Sky Tram ride is a complimentary feature of the Sky Trek Canopy Zip-lining Tour. It can be experienced on its own (i.e., you can ride the tram up and down if you don’t wish to participate in any other activities on-site), but if you plan to participate in the Sky Trek Canopy Zip-lining Tour, you’ll automatically receive a one-way Sky Tram ride because the tram is required to get to the top of the mountain where the zip-lining tour begins. If you plan to skip the zip-lining tour and only participate in the Sky Walk Hanging Bridges Tour, the Sky Tram can be selected as an add-on activity to the hanging bridges experience if you wish to ride the tram too.

Also to confirm, round-trip transportation is not automatically included with the Sky Trek Canopy Zip-lining Tour and/or the Sky Walk Hanging Bridges Tour. It is available to/from Monteverde-area hotels (including El Establo) for an extra charge of $10 per person (round-trip).

For courtesy participation for the tour guide/leader, this can be awarded assuming the name of the tour group organization can be provided and is approved in advance.

Otherwise, if you decide to proceed with booking the tours at the special promotional rates, I’ll need to ask you to do so by the end of the day today. I recognize that timeline if very tight, but due to tour operator policies and heavy demand for our discounts, we can usually only process orders placed a minimum of 1 week prior to the requested tour date. Since you mentioned you’re looking to participate in these tours next week, we can rush order processing for you, but only if we receive the official order request(s) from you by the end of the day today at the latest.
