Hi,
My group is going to Costa Rica Wednesday and we were looking at the tours provided by Sky Adventures, but we just noticed that you ask for the reservation to be 10 days ahead. If it’s too late to get a discount via your website, do you have any tips on how to get a discount in person?

Thanks so much for your interest in our discounts. 🙂 Quick question… were you hoping to participate in one of Sky Adventures tours on Wednesday? Or are you simply arriving into the country on Wednesday and are planning to participate in one of Sky Adventures tours on a day shortly after that, such as Thursday, Friday, or Saturday?

Hi Richard,
No problem! Thanks so much for getting back to me so quickly. This should work! Sky Adventures is one of the faster companies we work with, so we could accept a discount request for the 22nd if you’re able to submit the request (i.e., the order) through our website within the next 24 hours or so. I’ll keep an eye open for the order submission to come through, and I’ll put a rush on processing it as soon as I spot it come in. 🙂

Hi Richard,
My apologies! I should have given you a heads up about that in my prior message. The website won’t allow you to select a date within the next 10 days given the 10-day minimum requirement, but you can get past this by manually typing in August 22nd as opposed to selecting August 22nd on the little calendar. Alternatively, you can select any other date (such as the 26th or a later date) and include in the notes section on the checkout page that the actual date that you’re interested in is the 22nd. We can then officially change the date to the 22nd for you on our end. 🙂
I’m assuming you’re already aware of this but in case not, the checkout page on our website is visible to members only, so if you’re already a member, you’ll need to be logged in to view the page and officially submit the order. I just submit the request BUT I chose the wrong date. It’s actually the 23rd instead of the 22nd. Hope this doesn’t complicate things. Could you kindly change that for us?
