        I just paid for the pura vida eh account for the second tier through PayPal. It appears the payment went through and I received the email with a link to create an account login. I created a login then it read account is inactive. Please help. Thank you

          Hi Stefanie!

          Thanks so much for your interest in our discounts! 🙂

          I can confirm that your account was registered successfully, but the account status was set to “inactive” during registration for some reason. Maybe there was a glitch on the site when you registered? At any rate, I’ve just changed the account status to “active”, so you should be able to log in okay using the credentials you selected when you first registered. 👍
