        Hi,

        I’m writing because I got sick with Covid and I need to cancel my trip. I need to cancel this tour/discount, my order and my membership since we are delaying our trip to next year. I couldn’t find an easy way to do so through the site, could you please respond with the next steps to process my cancellation, please?

          Hi Michelle!

          No problem at all! 🙂 To confirm, we received the email you sent us on Wednesday morning and we responded about 15 minutes later. The cancelations aren’t an issue at all, we’re just waiting to hear back from you about the refunds.
