        Hello, I recently purchased a member level 4 discount and did not see that advanced booking was required. I was going to book the Guachipelin One Day Adventure pass for 5 people for February 24th but this is too late. Is it possible to get a refund of my $25 level 4 membership discount? I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for considering!

          Hi Montezumaaztec!

          No problem at all! Thanks so much for letting us know. I’ve just gone ahead and issued the full refund to you through PayPal. PayPal typically sends out their own emails regarding returned funds, so you should have received (or should soon receive) a message from them directly. If, for some reason, their message doesn’t arrive or the funds don’t reach you, just let me know and I’ll follow up with PayPal about it.
