  I just changed my “default” email in paypal b/c I had a problem with it. (It was an old domain that I hosted myself and rarely used. I’m sure with this blog you know how DNS and domain registrations can get mixed up.)

  disregard… I was able to get the original/ default email address issue corrected and the registration email came through
