Thanks so much for your message and for letting me know! Quick question, just to clarify: the payment that you made was intended for access to DIY Costa Rica (our sister site), not Pura Vida! eh? (this site), correct? To confirm, we received your payment for access to DIY Costa Rica (the registration email for that site was sent on June 22nd) but we didn’t receive a payment for access to Pura Vida! eh? (I’m not sure if this is correct, or if you meant to purchase access to Pura Vida! eh? but purchased access to DIY Costa Rica instead).

Also to confirm, the registration email that was sent on June 22nd was sent to the email address that’s associated with your PayPal account (the last 8 characters of that account are “tdoc.com”). I noticed that you posted this forum comment from a gmail.com email address, which I’m assuming is your primary email address. Do you still have access to the email account that’s associated with your PayPal account? If so, the registration email should be in your inbox, junk folder, or trash folder of that account. If you no longer have access to the email account that’s associated with your PayPal account, just let me know and I can re-send the registration link to your gmail account. 🙂
