        I have paid for the discounts and have not received an email from you so I can use the discounts. This is my second submission to the forum. It’s frustrating.

          Hi Stephanie!

          Thank you so much for your message! 🙂 I’m sorry if I missed a forum comment from you earlier; I checked our forum and didn’t spot another comment from you, so I don’t know where you posted it. For your account, I can confirm that we received your PayPal payment yesterday successfully. The account registration email is sent out automatically following PayPal payment, so you should have received it shortly after you paid through PayPal, but that message often ends up in junk mail folders. Would you mind checking both your junk mail and trash folders? Earlier this afternoon, I noticed that you hadn’t registered your account yet, and I sent you a follow-up email with a new registration link. If you didn’t receive that message either, it is also likely sitting in a junk mail or trash folder. If for some reason you didn’t receive either message, please let me know by responding below and I’ll try reaching out to you from a different email account altogether. One way or another, we’ll get it sorted out! 🙂

            Hello again Stephanie!

            I received a notification that you were able to successfully register your account, so I’m assuming you found the account registration email in your junk mail or trash folder. I also saw that you submitted an order, so I trust all is well! 🙂

            This quick email is simply to confirm with you that we’ve processed your discount order and that we’ve sent you a total of 4 emails (one order status email on December 30th, and three order item updates on January 1st) since you submitted the order to us. Just in case any or all of those four emails didn’t arrive at your inbox, I wanted to give you a heads up that these emails too may have ended up in your junk mail or trash folder.
