I have responded to the emails affiliated with the discount membership and individual activities being held.
Two have hit our credit card, but neither Desafio tour has been able to be completed. There have been 3 tries to reach you/your staff by email since Dec 17. While this may not be the appropriate format, I don’t know how else to reach you.
In light of the message that was on the website saying there was a problem with correspondence for several weeks, along with the holidays and it being your high season, I am assuming that you’re back logged. You have been so responsive up until the last month, I am a bit concerned. I simply do not want to lose the discounts you held for me and have either of us have to reinvent the wheel.
I hope this gets to you. I am happy to do whatever you need to address the situation.
