Hi. We are visiting on November 15 2025 and we want to do this tour. We DO NOT want to do the ziplines or sky drop so which tour should we book?

I can confirm that you’ve landed on the right tour. At the Treetopia Park in Monteverde, the Sky Tram ride, which is now called the Tree Tram Cableway ride, is an aerial tram tour that does not involve any zip-lining or drops/free falls. Similarly at the Treetopia Park in Monteverde, the Sky Walk tour is a guided hanging bridges tour (i.e., a guided walking/hiking tour) that also does not involve any zip-lining or drops/free falls. The zip-lining and drops/free falls are part of the Sky Trek Canopy Tour, so if you wish to avoid those experiences, simply avoid selecting a tour that includes “Sky Trek” in the name.

Hi. I am about to book this tour; we will be staying at the Hotel and Spa Poco A Poco, does this qualify for the free hotel pick up and return? Also, there does not appear to be anywhere on the booking site for us to indicate which hotel we are staying at.

Great question! The Treetopia Park is a tour operator that does not include free transportation with any of their tours, so unfortunately transportation to/from their park and Hotel Poco a Poco (or any other hotel for that matter) would require payment of the park’s transportation fee. The transportation fee is optional, though, so if you’ll have a rental car, you can save the expense of it by simply driving yourself to and from the park. If you won’t have a rental car and you want to use the park’s optional transportation service, you can select that service on the booking page on our website; look for the text that says “Transportation Option – Want to add-on round-trip transportation to/from a Monteverde hotel?” then select “Yes” from the drop-down menu. As for how to submit your hotel name, you can also do that on the booking page; just below the “Tour date” and “Transportation” labels is the “Hotel name” label. You can enter your hotel name in the box next to the “Hotel name” label.
