The Mistico Park has strict capacity and reservation rules. Without prior notice, they’ll count the missed reservation as a no-show, and no-shows usually aren’t eligible for refunds and/or able to be rescheduled, especially at this very busy time of year when availability can be tough to come by because tour times are selling out. I’d recommend selecting/reserving a tour time for later on in the day, at an hour when you know you’ll be able to make it to the park.
