No problem at all! Feel free to post your questions here (other travelers may be wondering the same thing), and I’ll get back to you with the answers. Re: the membership level, just let me know which exact discounts you want to access (i.e., which exact tours you’re interested in doing), as well as the number of people that will participate in each tour (no need to identify at this point whether they’re adults, students, or children), and I can confirm the membership level that you’ll need.

All right, here you go
We are a family of four: 2 adults + 2 Children.1. We want to purchase DISCOUNT: Sky Trek Canopy Tour (Ziplining), Sky Walk Hanging Bridges Tour, And Sky Tram Aerial Tram Ride (From Monteverde / Operated By Sky Adventures). So which discount level should I choose?
2. I notice that your database has a lot of Desafio discounts but does not have the one we want to buy, which is the standup paddle + ATV combo on Desafio website. Is it possible for you to get this discount?
3. I did not see any private shuttle discount from or to SJO, neither the discount of jeep-boat-jeep between Arenal and Montervede. Did I miss them or you don’t have them?

Great! Please see below for my answers to your questions. 🙂
1. For this discount, you’ll need a level 3 membership ($19.99), which is good for 1 tour discount for a total of 4 people. To confirm, even though the combo tour includes three activities (the zip-lining tour, the aerial tram ride, and the hanging bridges walk), we count it as only 1 tour.
2. Unfortunately, we don’t have a discount for this tour at the moment.
3. At the current time, we only provide discounts for day tours, not transportation services, so we don’t have discounts for the transportation services you mention.

Sounds good! Feel free to select the tour time of your preference. Once we receive your order for the discount, the tour operator (Sky Adventures) will let us know if they have availability for your preferred tour time. If something happens that they don’t, I’ll let you know what other times are available. Also to confirm, if something happens that they’re completely sold out of tour spaces for your requested tour date, I’ll confirm this with you as well, and I’ll also refund the entirety of your membership payment (through PayPal).
