I have paid the fee and logged in, but it won’t let me access anything. I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and re-logging in without success. The website says to reach out with questions, but there is no contact email for questions that I can see. Please advise, thank you.

Thank you so much for your interest in our DIY Costa Rica project! Thanks also for letting us know you’re having trouble logging in. I’ve just reset your DIY Costa Rica account on our end. When you have a moment, would you mind trying to log in to your DIY Costa Rica account again? In case there was a glitch in the system before, it should be flushed out now. (You may need to clear your browser’s cache once more, to view the site following the reset.) Don’t hesitate to report back here again if the issue persists, and I can provide a different solution.
