        I made a payment for Level 7 through PayPal and received a confirmation from them. I haven’t yet received an email providing information to set up a member account though and I am unable to use the discounts. Could you provide that information so I can make tour reservations?

          Hi Ray!

          Thanks so much for letting us know! The account registration email is notorious for ending up in junk mail and trash folders because it’s an automated message, so it may have ended up there. Regardless, I’ve just sent you a private email containing a copy of your account registration link. 🙂

                Hi Nikki,

                I can’t seem to find my password and log in info for the Pura Vida Eh? site,is it possible to reset? I forwarded the email for the DIY CR account, but I am realizing that it will be separate. I was mid way through purchasing zipline tours, when I was prompted to log back in and cannot find my info.
