We would like to book the above tour for Dec. 31, Jan. 1, or Jan. 2. We paid for a membership through PayPal on Dec. 19 but we have not received a confirmation or any further instructions, so we have not been able to book the tour. Please advise us on our next step. Thank you so much!

Ah, we found that the confirmation had been sent to our junk mail folder and we are attempting to book the tour now. However, is it possible to still book this on Dec. 31st? We can’t do it on the website for that date since we are now within 10 days.
Also, is pick up available from the RyA del Volcan Apartments? If not can we get picked up at the nearest hotel that is included?

No problem at all! Our emails have a tendency to end up in junk mail folders because they usually contain links (some email systems mark them as spam). I’m glad you located our email, though! To confirm, we did receive your discount order and had already processed it for January 1st, but I can certainly try to swap this to December 31st as per your follow-up note above. Quick question: Is it still the 9:00am time that you’re interested in for December 31st? With respect to transportation, unfortunately, Sky Adventures is a tour operator that doesn’t provide complimentary transportation with any of their tours. They can provide it for an extra charge ($17.00/person plus tax round-trip). In this case, would you like to include it with your tour or would you prefer to arrange your own transportation to/from Sky Adventures’s Arenal Park?

Yes, the 9am time slot is preferred on December 31st; but if necessary we will accept any available time slot on that date or, if necessary, on January 1st. Regarding transportation — yes, please include the $17/person transportation for 4 people to the tour request with RyA del Volcan Apartments in La Fortuna as the pickup and dropoff location. Thank you!
