Is the Tabacon hotel on the list of hotels for complimentary shuttle for the adventure park?

Hello Andrea! 🙂
Despite its distance from La Fortuna (about a 15-minute drive), Tabacon is considered a “La Fortuna hotel” by most tour operators and is therefore eligible for complimentary hotel pick-up/drop-off with tours that automatically include round-trip transportation in their rates.
Was there a specific “adventure park” you were referring to in your initial question? I ask only because some adventure parks (including the Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park and the Arenal Sky Adventures Park, for example) don’t automatically include round-trip transportation in their tour rates (they charge an extra fee for this service if/when round-trip transportation is desired). If you’re talking about the tour you ordered through our website last night (the combined Gravity Falls Waterfall Jumping Tour and Balsa River Rafting Tour listed here https://puravidaeh.ca/discounts/gravity-falls-extreme-waterfall-jumping-tour-balsa-river-rafting-tour-adult-la-fortuna-desafio-adventure-company/), I can confirm that round-trip transportation to/from Tabacon is provided by the tour operator and included in the tour rate. 🙂

Sorry I meant the sky limit tour.
It’s bit included but says it is if it’s with in the area of hotels it’s going to be complimentary.Which time is better to go 9am or 1030am?
Do you actually get picked up during these tour times or is it before the listed times? -

Hi Andrea!
Thanks so much for getting back to us. 😃
To confirm, Sky Adventures (the operator of the Sky Limit Tour) is a tour operator that does not automatically include round-trip transportation to/from La Fortuna hotels (they charge an extra $10.00 per person fee for the service–you’ll see this charge noted on the tour’s listing page on our website under the “Transportation Add-on”).
Also, we spotted your question about the order you placed last night. I can confirm that we received the order and have since sent you 3 follow-up emails. Please check your junk mail folder if they weren’t received. The last of the 3, which was sent this morning, provided instructions for you to guarantee the request with the tour operator. We’re just waiting to hear back from you once those instructions have been followed.
Until soon!

Hello again Andrea!
My apologies! I only just now saw your other comment above.
For the note about complimentary transportation within the zone for hotels, that’s a notice that applies only to tours where transportation is automatically provided (free of charge) by the tour operator. For example, the tour you ordered through us previously (the Gravity Falls Extreme Waterfall Jumping Tour with Balsa River Rafting Tour) is operated by Desafio Adventure Company who is a tour operator that automatically includes round-trip transportation to/from La Fortuna hotels in their tour rates. Hotels that fall outside of Desafio Adventure Company’s normal pick-up zone, however, have an extra fee. For the tour you’re now considering (the Sky Limit Tour), which is run by Sky Adventures, a tour operator that does not automatically include round-trip transportation to/from La Fortuna hotels in their tour rates, since Sky Adventures doesn’t have a normal pick-up zone (given that they don’t automatically provide tour transportation), pick-ups/drop-offs at any and all hotels in and around La Fortuna have an extra fee.
As for tour times, this depends entirely on your preference! 🙂 Since rainfall is more likely to occur during the afternoon than the morning, we typically recommend choosing early morning tour times to increase your chances of experiencing favorable weather. This being said, early morning tour times tend to be the busiest tour times of the day, so if you’d prefer smaller group sizes, it’s often best to go with afternoon (or later morning) tour times.
For Sky Adventures’ tour start times, these are the times noted on our website (i.e., 9:00am, 10:30am, etc.). Sky Adventures’ hotel pick-ups take place beforehand, and the exact pick-up time is provided to us by Sky Adventures with the tour confirmation according to where you plan to stay in the La Fortuna/Arenal area and how many other tour pick-ups Sky Adventures has around the same time. Since Sky Adventures’ Arenal Park is an approximate half-hour drive from downtown La Fortuna, tour pick-ups can sometimes be 45-60 minutes before the tour start time.
Pura vida!
