          Thanks so much for your message! I’ve checked our records and cannot see you listed as a Pura Vida! eh? member. Would you be able to provide us with the date that you purchased the membership level, and also confirm which membership level you purchased? All Pura Vida! eh? memberships are fully refundable, so I’m happy to refund your payment for you if you don’t intend to use our discounts, I just need to find it in our system.

          As a side note, I did find your name listed in our system for DIY Costa Rica, a sister project of ours. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for access to DIY Costa Rica because the site provides members with all of our private content, which is instantly available following PayPal payment.

          If I’m mistaken, and you’re also a Pura Vida! eh? member in addition to being a DIY Costa Rica member, just let me know (please provide me with the purchase details requested above) and I’ll be sure to refund 100% of the Pura Vida! eh? membership payment right away.
