        Help I have no way to proceed since I didn’t get an email to sign up to get the tours purchased. Did anyone else have trouble. How do you contact the owners? It says you can get your money back but it doesn’t tell you how to contact them except this forum. Frustrated!!! Thanks

            I just caught the comments you posted above a few minutes ago. We instruct travelers to use the forum as a method of contact because we monitor it regularly. I’m sorry you’re finding it frustrating! Question… you referenced our money-back guarantee above–are you wanting us to return your PayPal payment? We can certainly do that, but I’m not sure if that’s what you want or if you’re simply looking to receive the account registration link so you can proceed with placing an order for one or more of our tour discounts.

            To confirm, we received your PayPal payment without issue! The registration email is sent out automatically following PayPal payment, but depending on the number of other emails that are sitting in the queue, it may take several minutes for the message to send through. The message almost always ends up in junk mail folders, too, so please check that and your spam bin if you haven’t done so already.

            In case for some reason you don’t receive the automated message, I can easily re-send you the account registration link. 🙂

              Just a quick message to check in with you to see if you were able to find the account registration email in your junk mail folder or spam bin.
