It does include complimentary transportation to/from the Arenal Springs Resort (not to be confused with The Springs Resort & Spa, which is a different hotel entirely), assuming you’re talking about the Rio Celeste and Tenorio Volcano National Park Tour that runs from La Fortuna/Arenal.
