Is Hotel Casa 69 within the boundary for free hotel pick up for the whitewater rafting tour and is Puerto Viejo an option for drop off after the tour?

Yes, and yes! Casa 69 qualifies for the tour operator’s complimentary transportation service. In addition, it’s possible to get dropped off at a Puerto Viejo hotel for free after the tour, provided the tour operator is informed of this in advance.

We are staying in an AirBnB within 10 minutes drive from the Juan Santamaria International Airport the first night. We are considering your Pacuare River Rafting Tour the next day. Does this address, Los Araya, 20101 Alajuela, qualify for the complimentary round-trip transportation for the Pacuare River Rafting Tour? -

Normally, the rafting tour operator doesn’t provide complimentary transportation to/from accommodations in Alajuela. An exception to this is the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Holiday Inn (transportation to/from these hotels is free) because they happen to be beside the tour operator’s central pick-up/drop-off place for Alajuela, which is the Rosti (Rostipollos) and Denny’s restaurants. If you don’t plan to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites or the Holiday Inn near Alajuela, you can plan to get to/from the Denny’s/Rosti(Rostipollos) restaurants on your own and take the tour operator’s complimentary transportation service to/from there, or else have the tour operator provide paid transportation to/from where you plan to stay.
