I know the tour times says 5pm, but if we were there at 4, would they let us in? My friend and I are coming from the airport and want to get as much sunlight in the hot springs as possible.

Quick question… which hot springs property were you wanting to visit? If it’s a place like EcoTermales, they likely won’t let you in early as they split their passes throughout the day to purposely be closed during the hour between 4:00pm and 5:00pm (likely to clean the property or to make sure that everyone who purchased a day pass, which ends at 4:00pm, has a chance to leave before the evening pass visitors begin arriving at 5:00pm). If you’re not set on a particular hot springs property, the Springs Resort allows visitors to arrive at any time of the day, as does Los Lagos, so with either of these options you could plan to arrive at your preferred time of 4:00pm.
