The Arenal Highlights Tour (hanging bridge/waterfall/volcano tour combo) is still available and the rate for it is currently the same as the 2023 season rate. You can find our discount for that activity here:

You should be able to place an order for our discount for that tour without issue. (In other words, you should be able to click on a January 2024 date on the calendar without issue.) If you aren’t able to do that, would you mind explaining below what the exact issue is that you’re experiencing?
