Hi Nikki,
I purchased your book from Barnes & Noble, completed your DIY access form and submitted it along with a photo of the book and receipt. After one week of not receiving an email or information from you, I submitted everything again today. I hope you are receiving my request.
My daughter, my best friend and I are arriving March 30. We are staying at the Hotel Riu in Guanacaste. I only saw three excursion options from this location. Am I choosing the wrong locations of Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa? Or, are there really only 3 options for us? Please advise.

Thank you for your message and for letting us know! I can confirm that I received the copy of your book receipt sent on Wednesday and that I had responded the same day with 2 separate emails. Sometimes our messages end up in junk mail folders (since we email many people each day, some email providers think our messages are spam), so it’s possible you didn’t receive them. I just went ahead and re-issued the emails, so hopefully they arrive successfully this time! If for some reason they don’t, just let me know and I can try sending them to you a different way.
For tours to/from the area you plan to stay, you’re doing everything right. At the moment, we only have discounts for the 3 tours you’re currently able to see on our website (i.e., the Tenorio River Rafting Tour, the Tenorio River Safari Float Tour, and the Rio Celeste and Tenorio Volcano National Park Tour). This doesn’t mean that there are only 3 experiences you can have to/from the RIU, it’s just that these are the only experiences we currently offer discounts for in that area of the country.

Hello again Susanna!
I just realized that when you resubmitted your book receipt to me today, you selected a new/different username than the username you noted with the first receipt submission (which was sent to me last Wednesday). To confirm, since I had created the DIY Costa Rica account for you a few days ago, the username I used to create the account was the first/original username you selected (i.e., the username you submitted to me with the first receipt copy), not the new/second username you submitted to me today.
