Hi there… my family was hoping to go on the Mistico Park Twilight tour at 4:30 this afternoon. There seem to be spaces available on the Mistico website, but when I try to buy our discounted tickets thru Pura Vida Eh, I am not allowed to choose today as a date. Can anyone help? Muchas Gracias!!

Thank you so much for your interest in our discounts! 🙂 I would love to be able to help you out, but unfortunately, we aren’t able to accept last-minute requests. (The banner at the top of each page on our website explains that we can only process orders made a minimum of 10 days prior to a tour date due to tour operators’ policies.) Even though there may still be availability for a tour you’re interested in, we have agreements with some of our tour operator partners that require us to provide them with a set number of days’ notice in order for them to accept our discounts, so, unfortunately, last-minute requests aren’t an option. 🙁
Don’t hesitate to let us know if there are any discounts we can provide you with for later on during your trip if you’ll be staying for more than 10 days.
