I joined today to book 2 tours, but did not receive any email (including spam and trash) to be able to login to complete the purchases. Confirmed purchase through paypal app.

I just pulled up our member accounts and can see that the registration email was sent to your hotmail address, not your gmail address, which you’ve used to contact us through this forum. Do you still have access to your hotmail address? If so, the registration email should be in your inbox or a folder there. If you no longer have access to your hotmail address (for example, if it’s an old email that’s associated with your PayPal account), or if you checked your hotmail account and still cannot find the registration email, not to worry, simply report back here to let me know and I can send the registration link to your gmail account instead.
