Hello!
First of all, your website is FANTASTIC! A plethora of information…so informative!
My question is about booking the combo tour of Club Rio at the Springs Resort in La Fortuna for two adults and two kids. The pricing on website allows me to purchase an adult tix for $94.19 and a child for $84.19. I assume this is PRE-TAX. Just to confirm from what I read in the Q&A forum, I am purchasing only the membership from your website. Once I purchase that and add the Club Rio tours to the cart and complete the purchase on your site, I am to pay Club Rio directly for it somehow? How do I get notified to make that reservation directly with them? And I would be paying them $94.19/84.19 PLUS tax.Also, I assume there are no discounts/bundles to include Proyecto Asis (https://institutoasis.com/)
Thanks again for all your help! Looking forward to purchasing a few memberships for the La Fortuna and Manuel Antonio area!

I’m happy to answer your questions for you. #1. You’re correct! The prices displayed online are the prices before tax. We cannot automatically include tax in the prices because different tour operators apply different tax rates while the Costa Rican government works through its tax rollout program. (You can learn more about the government’s tax rollout program here.)
#2. You’re correct again! The only money you’ll ever pay to us is for our membership. All tours are paid directly to the tour operator. When you order a discount through our website, we’ll send you an email that contains the tour operator’s instructions on how and when to pay for their tour. Because you’re a member, though, the price that the tour operator will charge you will be our discounted rate, not their original tour rate.
#3. You’re assumption is correct! Unfortunately, we don’t currently have any discounts for Proyecto Asis.
