        Hi,

        I booked a ziplining trip with you at Skytrek. Unfortunately I accidentally booked for Monteverde instead of Arenal, please could you change this for us? We would still like to go around 10/10.30 on 11th Jan.

          Hi Stuart!

          Thanks so much for checking in about this! To confirm, we received your message about this yesterday and sent the tour operator a request right after to change the date. We just haven’t heard back from the tour operator yet, but as soon as they get back to us with the revised confirmation (assuming they respond to say that they have availability) we’ll send you another email. 🙂

            Hi Nikki,

            Thanks very much for your help. Just to be clear, I think the date of the 11th is ok, it’s the location we’d like to change from Monteverde to Arenal.

              Hey Stuart!

              I’m so sorry for the confusing typo in my response above! I just finished emailing a different client about changing one of her tour dates, so that thought was in my mind. You’re absolutely correct: the message we left for Sky Adventures yesterday requested to change the park (not the date) from Monteverde to Arenal. Since the 10:00am tour time isn’t offered in Arenal, we requested the 10:30am tour time to keep it as close as possible to your preferred time, as per your request.

                  This quick note is simply to check in with you to make sure you received our email about the park update.
