        Hi. We are looking at booking our excursions for our 9 day trip coming up in December 23. What is your change/ cancellation policy (just in case)?

          Great question! We don’t have a cancelation policy of our own, we simply enforce the cancelation policies of the individual tour operators. So, the cancelation policies that will apply will depend on the exact tours you want to experience, and which tour operators run those tours.

          For example, if you’re considering participating in a canyoning tour and the canyoning tour operator requires 48 hours’ notice to accept cancelations without penalty, that’s the cancelation policy that would apply if you opt to use our discount for their canyoning tour.
