On May 30, 2022 I booked rafting trips for 9 people (group of 5 and group of 4). Order #’s are 105729 and 105730. It has been almost 24 hours and no response to guarantee tour request and securing a discount. When will I be able to confirm? The email says we should expect a follow-up email at anytime. I am new to your service, so please help me understand.

I can confirm that we received your requests! We had sent you an email back with a question because we weren’t sure if you wanted both orders (they seemed like duplicate orders to us since the tour and date were the same on both), and I just re-sent you that email a few minutes ago in case it was missed the first time (or ended up blocked or in your junk mail folder). Now that I’ve spotted your forum comment, though, I understand that it was your intent to place two orders, and that one wasn’t a duplicate of the other. In this case, I have some information to send you regarding your membership level. I’ll go ahead and send that email to you in the next few minutes. If something happens that you don’t receive that email, feel free to report back here and I can re-send it too.

Hi, I’m having a similar issue where I placed an order (105879) on June 17, 2022, and even emailed to ask questions regarding the confirmation process. It’s been almost 24 hours with no response and I’m a bit concerned that our tour times will be booked out before we receive any communication or confirmation through this process. I purchased the membership to use the discounts, but I’m afraid we’ll either have to book directly with the tour operator at the regular rate or worse, lose out on the activity altogether because the timeslots all get sold out. Please get back to us as soon as possible as our trip is fast approaching and I don’t want to disappoint our group. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for responding! I did not see your question before (I’ve been checking my spam folder and inbox compulsively!), where was this sent? I responded to your latest email, but am reposting my response here in case there are issues with me receiving your response again.
To answer your question, 2 of the adults are parents to the two children and one or both of them will be staying back with the children while we zipline. There will always be one of them supervising the children.
And it would be great if you could submit our request for Sunday, the 26th as well! It seems like they have an 8:00 am availability still for Sunday so that would work for us if they don’t have any 9am or 10:30 time slots available, but our preferred time is 9am.
