Hi there, love your blog and website! My wife and I are coming to Costa Rica with our three kids (ages 12,9,7) in a week. We are staying a few night up in Arenal and the rest of our time down in MA. I would like to take the kids whitewater rafting, and am having trouble determining whether we should do the Balsa River when we are in Arenal, or the Savegre River when we are in MA. Thoughts? We are looking for class II/III that’s not treacherous for kids, but also want a beautiful river too. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated. Thanks!
