Hello! I am looking forward to visiting Costa Rica with my family next week. Do you offer a canoe safari down the Penas Blancas River? Also, do you offer a Horseback riding tour to La Fortuna waterfall? We are hoping to book that tour on November 25th in the morning, and the canoe safari on November 24th. We are staying at the Arenal Observatory Lodge. Would there be transportation provided from the lodge to the tour and back? Thank you so much for the information!

I apologize for taking a day to get back to you! I was away from my desk yesterday, but am back at the computer now and getting caught up on emails.
Thank you so much for your interest in our discounts! unfortunately, I don’t think we will be able to be much help. 🙁 Our normal discount for the horseback riding tour to the La Fortuna Waterfall is currently unavailable, and for the canoeing tour, we won’t be able to help with this item either because a member of your travel group already explained to us that he (or someone from your group) has communicated with your lodge about that tour. I had explained to him that although Costa Rica’s tourism industry is competitive, we aim to work together with our competitors, so we don’t accept discount orders for items that have previously been discussed with other companies, simply to avoid stepping on any toes. So in this particular case, since your group has already been in touch with your lodge about the canoe tour, it would be best to give them your business for that tour, to be fair.
