Super! If you’re ready to request a day tour discount that you spotted on our website, simply add the tour to your cart by clicking on the “add to cart” button on the tour’s listing page. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the “view cart” button on the tour’s listing page, or the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner of our website, and click on the “proceed to checkout” button. On the checkout page, complete the required information then click on the “place order” button to send us your request.
IMPORTANT: Due to tour operator policies and demand for our discounts, we can only process orders made a minimum of ten days prior to your desired tour date. To increase your chance of obtaining tour and discount availability, please place your order as early as possible.
If you have already submitted an order to us but you have an order-specific question or you need to change your order, simply reply to any of the emails you received from us (including the automated email you received after placing your order through our website) and we’ll respond to you directly.
We also offer Pura Vida! eh? Inc. customers a free live chat service from time to time. If you see this option available on our website, feel free to ask us your question(s) through the live chatbox.
