        Thanks so much for your interest in our discounts! Unfortunately, it’s too late for us to provide you with our Gravity Falls discount, but we can still provide a discount for the Sky Trek tour for December 19th (unfortunately, it’s too late or us to arrange this for tomorrow) if you’re able to submit the official discount order through our website within the next few hours, and assuming you’ll have access to the internet for the rest of the day today so you’ll be able to complete Sky Adventures’s payment instructions before the day’s end to guarantee the tour.

        When you go to place your discount order through our website, you’ll notice that the little calendar (where you select the date) won’t let you choose Sunday’s date because it’s within the next 10 days, but you can simply type in the date manually to select the 19th of December.

                Hey Milan!

                I’m so glad to hear from you! We’ve sent you updates re: all three of the tours, so if you’ve only received two updates, one has ended up lost in cyberspace. I can re-send you a copy of the missed email. Also, we have your discount vouchers on file for the other two tours and have just been waiting to hear back from you about those (as per step #2 of the payment instructions). Now that we know they’ve been taken care of, I’ll email you the discount vouchers for those tours too. So, in total, you should receive four emails from us over the next little while: the first email will simply be a notification that we’ve responded to your comment above in the forum, the second email will be a message re-send of the email that was previously missed, and the last two will be your discount vouchers for the other two tours. If, for some reason, any of those four emails don’t reach you within the next hour or so, please report back here in the forum to let us know and I’ll try sending them to you a different way. 🙂

                  Question: Are you currently a Pura Vida! eh? member? I checked our records of Pura Vida! eh? member accounts and didn’t see your name registered. I can see your name registered in our records of members of DIY Costa Rica (our sister site), though. To confirm, the two accounts are different: the DIY Costa Rica account provides access to all of the protected content on our DIY Costa Rica website, including our Costa Rica Destination Tool, whereas the Pura Vida! eh? account provides access to the checkout page on our Pura Vida! eh? website (this website you’re currently on) where you can submit an order for discounts. Since you mentioned you’re not able to log in, I’m guessing that this is because you aren’t yet a Pura Vida! eh? member, and that you’re trying to enter your DIY Costa Rica account credentials. If this is the case, you can quickly become a Pura Vida! eh? member on this page on our website (https://puravidaeh.ca/membership-join/); you’ll register your Pura Vida! eh? account following the same process you did when you registered your DIY Costa Rica account (keep an eye on your junk mail folder as the registration email may end up there). Once you’re logged in to your Pura Vida! eh? account, you’ll be able to access the checkout page and discounts you’ve selected for your trip.

                        The registration link gets sent out automatically following PayPal payment, so it should be in your inbox, junk mail folder, or trash folder by now, but in case it didn’t make it to any of those places, I’ve just re-sent it to you via my personal email. 🙂 If something happens that you still didn’t receive it, let me know and I’ll try to get it to you a different way.

                              Good morning Zeljko!

                              I’m so sorry to have worried you, or worse, concerned you! We’re not a scam at all. I’ve emailed you a few times now, but our messages don’t seem to be getting through to you properly. Because the messages contain a registration link, several email systems mark them as spam, and sometimes they end up in junk mail or trash mail folders or don’t get accepted for delivery at all. Regardless, we’ve sent you the link a few times!

                              With respect to your previous forum post being deleted, I deleted that because we cannot post registration links in the public forum or else everyone will have access to it. Anyone would be able to click on that link and register an account in their name that you paid for. I apologize if this felt suspicious to you. If it makes you feel better, I’ve made your previous post public again and have responded to it; my response simply provides the information that I sent you via email, I just thought you’d prefer to hear from us via email (as opposed to the public forum) if that meant I could re-send you a copy of the registration link.

                              With respect to the other poster (Sejal H Patel), this client ended up finding the registration link soon after they posted their comment in our forum, they registered the account successfully, they placed an order, and we’re currently working to fulfill that for them. I deleted their post about the registration link for the same reason I deleted yours. When we emailed that client, though, they received the registration link, so I’m not sure why the same message is not reaching you.

                              In moving forward from here, I’m not sure how to get our messages through to you. 🙁 While we use this forum to provide general information and advice, all client-specific information is handled directly via email, so we need to find a way to connect via that means. Perhaps you could try emailing us, and if I respond to that email with the registration link, that might work because your email system will recognize me as a return sender? Our email address is info@puravidaeh.ca if you want to try emailing us. Alternatively, you can try adding our email address to your email system’s contact list, so the system allows our messages to come through.

                              Of course, if for some reason we cannot find a way to connect via email, we’ll certainly refund your PayPal payment! No problem about that. 🙂

                                I can confirm that we received your PayPal payment without issue. The account registration email is sent out automatically following PayPal payment, so you should have received it shortly after you paid, but sometimes the email ends up lost in cyberspace. Unfortunately, I can’t post the registration link for you here in the public forum (because anyone could register your account in their name in that case), but I’ve just re-sent the registration link to your email address. Hopefully, you received it! 🙂

                                  It’s very unfortunate! 🙁 The other hot spring properties remain open. For picking which one you’d like to visit, there are a few options. We can offer discounts for the EcoTermales Hot Springs, the Paradise Hot Springs, and the Los Lagos Hot Springs. We don’t have discounts for the Baldi Hot Springs or the Tabacon Hot Springs, but they’re good choices too.
