My name is Alissa Chung. We have been trying to confirm four reservations (one for rafting made 9/10 and the other three excursions made on 9/22). You sent an email about transportation that I did not receive, and I replied to that email but never heard back. I don’t know if we are still having trouble getting emails through. I really just want to get these reservations settled. I am also having my husband (Jin-Ho Chung) email from a yahoo account to see if that works better than my gmail account.
