Your order (#105879): Quick question

Hey Oaj!

Thank you so much for your recent order! :) One quick question before we begin processing it:

I noticed that the request is for 6 adults to participate in the Sky Trek, Sky Walk, and Sky Tram activities, and 2 free children to participate in the Sky Walk and Sky Tram activities. This is no problem (to divide the activities among individuals), but to confirm, at least one adult will need to stay with the 2 children while the others participate in the Sky Trek ziplining tour (so the children won’t be at the park without an adult present). Will an additional adult (in addition to the 6 adults who plan to do the Sky Trek, Sky Walk, and Sky Tram activities) be coming to the park with your group (but not participating in any activities) to stay with the 2 children during the Sky Trek portion? Or will one of the 6 adults included in the order need to do the Sky Walk and Sky Tram activities only (i.e., not the Sky Trek tour) so he/she/they can stay with the children while the others zipline?

Also, I caught your follow-up email message and wanted to mention that we can send in the request for the tours for you for June 26th if you prefer, not the 27th, as per your preference (no problem!). With respect to availability, we have access to the same system as Sky Adventures (i.e., the availability that they have is the same availability that we can offer), so if it happens to be the case that they don’t have availability for a tour at your chosen time and date, they’ll let us know what alternative times/days they can provide, and we’ll send those options to you so you can pick your next preferred choice.
