This quick email is to check in with you to see if you’ve yet had a chance to follow the payment instructions outlined in the email we sent on March 14th with respect to guaranteeing your Arenal Sky River Drift, Sky Trek, and Sky Tram Combo. As per step #2 of those instructions, we were just waiting to hear back from you after the instructions had been followed, after which point we would follow up with the tour operator to make sure everything is confirmed and provide you with your discount voucher. Since the deadline noted in the payment instructions email has since passed, we’re not sure if you changed your mind about the tour, or perhaps you already followed the instructions but haven’t yet had a chance to let us know.
If you’ve already followed the payment instructions…
Great! Shoot us a quick email (you can reply to this message) to let us know you’ve followed the payment instructions and we’ll forward you our discount voucher which serves as your tour confirmation.
If you changed your mind about the tour…
Not to worry! Life happens, changes are inevitable, and we completely understand. Please reply to this message and let us know that you’d like to cancel the tour request so if we had one or more discounts held for you we can release them to other travelers.
If you haven’t yet followed the payment instructions but you’re still interested in the tour…
We can help! If you didn’t receive our email containing the payment instructions, please reply to this message asap to let us know. Our records indicate that the email was sent to you, but it’s possible the message got lost in cyberspace. If so, don’t fret! We can send you copies of any missing emails.
If you’re still interested in the tour and you received our email containing payment instructions but you haven’t yet had a chance to follow them, please reply to this message to let us know that you’re still interested in the tour and we’ll respond with an extended deadline for following the payment instructions.
