Thank you for your patience! We have an update for you regarding your request for the Arenal Sky River Drift, Sky Trek, and Sky Tram Combo operated by Sky Adventures. As a reminder, the item is part of order #105149 and was requested for 2 adults and 3 children. The total discounted cost is $452.40.

To confirm, Sky Adventures has responded to our request and is currently holding the tour reservation in your name at our discounted rate(s) for the tour date (and tour time, if applicable) that you requested with the order. In order to proceed with and guarantee the reservation, please see the payment instructions provided below.

Sky Adventures is a tour operator that requires full prepayment before they will finalize/confirm any tour request. Below are specific instructions that must be followed within 72 hours of this email being sent in order for the tour to be confirmed.

Please note that the action required of you as described below is the tour operator’s mandate, not ours. It applies regardless of whether you reserve the tour through us or through the tour operator directly. To familiarize yourself with the tour operator’s other policies, including tour reservation and cancelation policies, please see Sky Adventures’s policies.

Instructions

Step #1. Sky Adventures accepts payment from travelers through an online payment link. Please note that the payment link is provided to us by Sky Adventures; payment is issued to them directly, not to us. Please retain a copy of the payment receipt for your records.

Step #2. Immediately after you submit the online payment to Sky Adventures, reply to this message to let us know that you have completed Step #1. Please also send us a screenshot of the payment confirmation page. Once we receive this from you, we’ll be in touch with you again to provide you with your discount voucher for the tour (a.k.a., your confirmation).

When payment is due/collected

  • Sky Adventures requires prepayment. The payment will be collected immediately after you submit the online payment.

Additional information

  • Since prepayment is required by the tour operator to finalize/confirm a tour reservation request, unfortunately, it is not possible to pay the tour operator the day of the tour.
  • If you are already in Costa Rica, prepayment can be provided to the tour operator in person at their offices in La Fortuna and Monteverde, however only if the payment is able to be provided within 72 hours of this email being sent. If you choose this option, please confirm with us that you have provided payment to the tour operator in person, so we know to provide you with your discount voucher. (You will still need our discount voucher to receive our discounted rate, even if the tour operator confirms the reservation with you in person).
  • If you do not plan to visit the tour operator’s office in La Fortuna or Monteverde in the next 72 hours to pay for the tour, prepayment must be provided to the tour operator via the online payment link.

  • For any/all items you secure for your trip, regardless of whether you request them through us, through another company, or directly through a tour operator, please confirm with your credit card provider whether they will charge you a fee for payments collected in Costa Rica. Some travelers return home to find additional charges on their credit card resulting from purchases made in Costa Rica that are fees/commissions charged by credit card providers for purchases made outside of your home country, or purchases made in currencies other than the currency used in your home country, such as Costa Rican colones.
