At this time, we’re forwarding your request to the Costa Rican tour operator (or tour operators, if your order includes multiple discounts) and letting them know to charge you only our discounted rate(s) for your chosen day tour(s) when it comes time for them to collect the tour payment from you.

As soon as we hear back from the tour operator(s), we’ll be in touch with you again via email to provide you with further details. The amount of time it takes us to get back to you depends on the amount of time it takes the tour operator(s) to get back to us. Some tour operators respond to us within a few hours and others take a few days. In the meantime, please check your inbox and junk mail folder regularly to ensure you don’t miss our important, time-sensitive email(s)!

When and how payment for day tours is due

Please note that because we are neither a travel agency nor travel agents, we never collect payment for Costa Rica day tours from travelers—tour payment is provided directly to tour operator(s). Furthermore, the payment due date and payment process is determined by the tour operators, not by us. Some tour operators require full advance payment, some tour operators require partial advance payment (i.e., a deposit), and some tour operators require credit card information (but no advance payment) to serve as a guarantee of payment in the event of a last-minute cancelation or if you don’t show up for the tour as planned. As a courtesy, we’ll email you the tour operator’s requirements regarding when and how they need to receive the day tour payment from you. As explained in the previous paragraph, you’ll receive these instructions from us once we hear back from the tour operator. Thank you, in advance, for your patience! :)
